Why Horses
Equine Assisted Learning is a learner based experience with horses. Participants work in teams and are partnered with a horse. Teams will work through a series of exercises that will encourage communication and creativity. Participants will find that they learn valuable life skills in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Why use horses? Horses are great partners. They consistently react to the stimulus of their team. They provide honest and instant feedback with no judgement. Horses don't overthink a participants motive but horses do challenge their behaviour and leadership.
Everyone can learn from and benefit from equine assisted learning. No previous experience with horses is required. There is no riding. All exercises are done from the ground.
